Ponchiqs × KuCoin
The $PONCH airdrop claim flow with KuCoin: eligibility, sign-up and an off-chain claim in a handful of phone screens.

Context
An airdrop asks a lot of people who may never have used an exchange. Every step had to answer one question clearly: am I eligible, what do I do next, where does it go.
What I did
I designed the flow screen by screen: the claim announcement, the airdrop criteria, a three-step guide to finding and submitting a KuCoin UID, the off-chain claim and the task list, all inside the Ponchiqs world.
Result
A claim process that reads like part of the game rather than a form.
