My contribution
- Founded the product and defined its vision, system architecture and path from concept to MVP and pilot.
- Designed conversational UX and the handoffs between AI agents, integrations and human support.
- Worked hands-on on orchestration and product iterations across the backend and mobile experience.
Context
Most assistants answer; very few act. The distance between a sentence and a finished task is everything in between: understanding the intent, choosing the right tool, and knowing when a person should step in.
What I did
I took aila from concept to MVP and into a pilot. I designed the orchestration layer that turns natural-language intent into actions across voice, web search and third-party integrations, and defined how agents, integrations and human support hand work to one another. Discovery ran directly with pilot users, and what we learned went back into the product on short cycles.
Result
A working platform in pilot, built on a Node.js and Fastify backend with Redis and BullMQ queues, Qdrant and Supabase, a React Native app, and model integrations from OpenAI, Claude and ElevenLabs.
